Our team is led by Iblal Rakha, a former Clinical AI Fellow at Oxford University Hospitals, where he led the deployment and evaluation of AI technologies in high stakes NHS clinical environments. With a background in healthcare informatics and machine learning, Iblal brings first hand experience of building safe, effective, and compliant AI systems where safety is paramount. He now leads a multidisciplinary team of full-stack developers, machine learning engineers, and product managers dedicated to translating advanced research into production ready solutions. We work closely with your stakeholders to ensure that every tool we build is not only technically sound but aligned with your operational needs, regulatory frameworks, and strategic goals.

Our team is co-led by Sattar, a finance transformation specialist with over a decade of experience across enterprise operations, financial control, and business partnering. Sattar has overseen major digital initiatives within complex business environments, translating operational demands into automated, data-driven solutions. With deep domain knowledge across financial systems, including SAP, Sage, Oracle, Xero, Infor, PeopleSoft, and Great Plains, he brings practical insight into the friction points organisations face in scaling finance functions. Sattar now heads up our strategy and delivery for finance and operational AI tools, working hand in hand with engineers and clients to design intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly with existing workflows.
